The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Haile Mariam Dessalegn, will hold a meeting with the President of the Confederation of African Football Issa Hayatou on Friday 12th September, 2014. The meeting, scheduled for 10:00am local time, will be held in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa. Addis Ababa is the host of this year's annual CAF meetings which run from the 12th through the 20th of September.
The CAF President arrived in Addis Ababa on the night of September 10.
Besides the meeting with the Ethiopian Prime Minister, Hayatou will also have a one-on-one audience with the President of the Commission of the African Union on Thursday 18 September at the headquarters of the African Union which is the venue of the annual CAF standing committees meetings.
The meeting between the President of CAF and the AU's Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma comes a day before the CAF Executive Committee takes a vote to decide the host nations for the Africa Cup of Nations in 2019 and 2021.
Algeria, Cameroon, Guinea, Ivory Coast and Zambia are the five countries in the race.
