CONYERS, GA (CBS46) - Deputies charged a Decatur woman with drunken driving after she allegedly caused the death of a Jonesboro woman and injured three others, including a deputy.

It happened on Sigman Road in Conyers, a city in Rockdale County. Deputies said Kidistz Temesgen, 39, hit the vehicle of Yuwadee Theerakanok's, 51, which killed her and injured her passenger.

The impact caused Theerakanok's vehicle to hit a truck driven by Melissa Anderson, 33, of Conyers "You know, it could have been my wife that was killed. It's just scary," said Melissa Anderson's husband, Paul Anderson. Deputies said Temesgen then hit a parked patrol car after she caused Theerakanok to hit a patrol car.

"There were cars going everywhere and just streaming and just pandemonium," said Paul Anderson. There is no word on Theerakanok's passenger's condition. Anderson said his wife is recovering from bruises. A hospital said the deputy has been released. Temesgen faces nine charges.
