From honey to money in Ethiopia

ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA – Ethiopia is the biggest producer of honey in Africa, contributing about 23-percent of the continent's output.
However, the yield and quality could be better as people are still using outdated methods of beekeeping and honey harvesting.
Communities are now being pushed to modernise their processes to increase income and boost exports.
